नयी दिल्ली. अमेरिका का कार्लाइल ग्रुप 49 करोड़ डॉलर (3,700 करोड़ रुपये) में पीरामल फार्मा में करीब 20 प्रतिशत हिस्सेदारी का अधिग्रहण करेगा। पीरामल एंटरप्राइजेज ने शनिवार को यह जानकारी दी। अजय पीरामल की अगुवाई वाली कंपनी ने शेयर बाजारों को भेजी सूचना में कहा कि सीएपी वी मॉरीशस लि. की संबद्ध इकाई सीए क्लोवर इंटरमीडिएट 2 इन्वेस्टमेंट ने पीरामल फार्मा लि. में 20 प्रतिशत हिस्सेदारी के लिए इक्विटी पूंजी का निवेश करने की सहमति दी है।
